Darling Diva Polish – Darling Nikki

Today I’m starting a Fantabulous Darling Diva Fest! That’s right! I have five awesome polishes to show you, and I’m super excited about it! If you happen to follow this wonderful indie, you sure know the latest collections have been music-themed, which I think it’s very creative and fun.

¡Hoy empiezo un Festival Fabuloso de Darling Diva! ¡Tengo cinco esmaltes increíbles para mostrarles, y me emociona mucho! Si son de seguir a este indie maravilloso, seguro que saben que las últimas colecciones son de temática musical, lo cual me parece muy creativo y divertido.

We’re starting with Darling Nikki, inspired by the song by Prince. This spicy song is part of the album Purple Rain, so of course this polish is a sheer purple crelly with black circles in two sizes and a ton of colorful microglitters. I LOVE IT! As all the Darling Diva polishes I have tried, there is no need to fish for glitter and that’s always a plus.

Vamos a empezar con Darling Nikki, inspirado por la canción de Prince. Esta canción subida de tono es parte del álbum Purple Rain, así que obvio que el esmalte es un crelly (es decir, es gelatinoso pero cubre bastante –gracias a Srta Lugosi por la definición jaja) de color violeta con círculos negros en dos tamaños y un montón de microglitters coloridos. ¡ME ENCANTA! Como en todos los esmaltes de Darling Diva, no hace falta “pescar” los glitters, y eso siempre es bueno.

This is my first polish from this trend of “jelly with black glitters” and I’m really impressed. The formula is so easy to work with and it dries really fast. Here I’m wearing one coat of OPI You’re Such a Budapest (just to give it a bit of base colour), two coats of Darling Nikki and one of top coat. This mani was so fast to do and the result was so gorgeous I couldn’t believe it! I’m still wearing it and it’s been four days! That’s a lot for a nail polish addict. The tips are intact, too!

Este es mi primer esmalte de esta moda de “jelly con glitters negros” y estoy muy impresionada. La fórmula es súper fácil de aplicar y se seca muy rápido. Acá estoy usando una capa de You’re Such a Budapest de OPI (nomás para darle un poco de color de base), dos capas de Darling Nikki y una de top coat. ¡Esta mani fue muy rápida y el resultado es tan divino que no lo podía creer! Todavía lo estoy usando y ya pasaron cuatro días. Eso es mucho para una adicta a los esmaltes. ¡Y, además, las puntas están intactas!
