Hello, ladies! I’ve been a little under the weather… Among other things, I came home to the awful news that Argentineans are no longer allowed to buy stuff on the internet (in dollars) without letting the government know everything about it (which involves a lot of complicated paperwork to receive the packages and we also have to pay the 50% if the price is over $25) AND we can only make TWO (2) purchases per year. So it sucks big time. I understand they had to do something about the dollar thing, but this was not the way. And it seems this is going to affect those packages that we haven’t even paid like prizes from giveaways and products for reviews. I don’t know if I’m going to be able to receive any of the six packages I have in transit. I feel so bad because people wasted money to send me prizes and products… Oh, well… We’ll see what happens.

Estoy un poco mal… Entre otras cosas, volví a casa y recibí la noticia horrible de que los argentinos ya no podemos comprar cosas en internet (en dólares) sin que el gobierno sepa todo (se necesita un montón de papeleo complicado para recibir los paquetes y también hay que pagar el 50% si el precio pasa los $25) y sólo podemos hacer DOS (2) compras por año. Es una porquería todo. Entiendo que tenían que hacer algo con el tema del dólar, pero esta no era la manera. Y parece que va a afectar a los paquetes que ni siquiera pagamos como premios de concursos y productos para reseñas. No sé si voy a poder recibir alguno de los seis paquetes que tengo en camino. Me siento muy mal porque hay gente que desperdició plata para mandarme premios y productos… Bueh… Veremos qué pasa.
To cheer me up I decided to wear OPI The Impossible, one of the minis I won from a giveaway Sabrina from Polish Alcoholic made long time ago. I never showed these liquid sands because my camera refuses to capture the right color! So here we have pictures from my cell phone.
Para levantarme el ánimo decidí usar The Impossible de OPI, uno de los minis que gané de un concurso que hizo hace rato Sabrina de Polish Alcoholic. Nunca mostré estos arenados porque mi cámara se niega a capturar el color correcto. Así que acá van unas fotos de mi celular.
This is my favorite polish of the set of four minis, and I will try to buy the full size bottle when I’ve ran out of it. It reminds me of raspberries and summer. It’s so lovely! The Impossible not only was the first textured polish I tried, but my first OPI, too! The formula is great and two coats are enough. I tried it with top coat and I absolutely hate it that way!
Este es mi esmalte favorito del set de cuatro minis, y voy a tratar de comprar la botellita de tamaño normal cuando se me termine. Me hace acordar al color de las frambuesas y al verano en general. ¡Es muy lindo! The Impossible no sólo fue el primer esmalte texturado que probé, ¡sino también mi primer OPI! La fórmula es genial y dos capas son más que suficientes. Lo probé con top coat ¡y no me gusta para nada!

That’s awful!! (not the polish, the polish is pretty). It isn’t cool for the government to limit online spending :-( its your money! I guess you just have to travel more?
Yes, it’s terrible… We’ll just have to see what happens and cross our fingers. I hope I can travel more often!
